There are currently 37 active listings over 1 million dollars in Winnipeg and the surrounding areas. This year so far only 4 🏡houses have sold over a million, we sold 25% of them interestingly enough and right here today I am out in Headingley showing this house to clients in Toronto and for them to come out here and spend 1.5 million dollars isn't a lot compared to what they are 💲 selling their house in Toronto for.

Now the interesting thing about houses in this price range now that’s anything ⬆️ over a million dollars is a lot of them never make it to market. The reason is a lot of time they are very exclusive properties that people are aware of before they come to market.

✌️So 2 things..

If you are looking to buy a 🏡 house in that price range you need to get put on a list so you can be aware of houses that might be coming.

Secondly if you are thinking of selling a house you might get on the same 📋 list so that we can let our buyers know who are also looking because these are buyers who are not as active as a typical house buyer who are looking every day. They are waiting for that really exceptional house to come to market.
