The Winnipeg Real Estate Market had one of the best years 🤯, and I've been doing this for 20 years, in recent history. We saw 26,000 properties sell and that seems like a lot but in a typical year you'll see about 23,000 sell so it's slightly more but the difference is not a lot more houses came to market. In a typical year it's usually between 23,000 to 25,000 properties come to market 🏡 and that's kind of exactly what we saw this year🧐. It actually was 23,338 listings on the market but the difference was is a very high sell to list ratio 📈which means more properties that came to market sold giving us higher numbers. And what that means to you is that because that really tells the story 📖 of the supply and demand, means the supply is consistent but there's a lot more demand and with a lot more demand comes an increase in price 💲💲💲.
