Well thankfully, what we were able to learn during the first shutdown the precautions that we need to take in order to keep our staff safe, and our clients safe.

 

So the things you need to be aware of is that we’re no longer doing open houses, and we’re also not doubling up on showings - meaning that we’re only allowing one couple in a house at any one time.

 

But, the best part is that we are really good at this now, my team is really good with this. If you need to sell a house we make it so easy and so safe for you to get your house on the market, or if you’re looking to buy a house, we make it really easy. All of our houses we now have 3D scans of them, so you can really appreciate what a house is before you are going to look at it and that not only saves you a lot of time, but it just makes it a lot easier, and obviously that keeps everybody safe.

 

And as a community it is more important than ever that we support each other, and stay safe.
